And monkeys, and the first caveman on earth searched for sweet food: such as berries, fruits, and honey too.
Sweets - are edible after all!
Pure sour taste can say, that the crop is not ripe enough.
Bitter taste can mean, that the crop is poisonous.
Many say, that there are only 4 tastes that exist: sweet, sour, bitter, and salty.
Although there is a fifth one! It was opened a 100 years ago.
It is called by the japanese word "Umami".
"Umami" commits the person that the food is nutritious.
The taste "Umami" can be in meat, mushrooms, and walnuts.
Soy sauce can accord that taste to any food.
